ShoppingCards keeps shopping lists on visual cards, so you can quickly switch lists, add items and check them off on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
System requirements
ShoppingCards requires iOS, iPadOS, macOS or watchOS 26 or later. The Mac app requires Apple silicon.

How to use
- Create a card for each shop, category or trip.
- Type an item or choose one from your personal library.
- Tap an item to complete it. Reorder cards and items as needed.
- Use the Private Pack for yourself and the two Shared Packs with other people.
- On Apple Watch, swipe between cards and tap items to check them off.
Packs and colors
Each pack can use the Pastel, Color-wheel, Hot Summer or BLUE/ORANGE palette. Changing the palette recolors the whole pack without changing its cards or items.
On iPhone, open the Settings card: tap a pack to activate it, long-press its name to edit it, or tap the share button. On iPad and Mac, packs are available in the sidebar.
Apple Watch
Swipe horizontally between Packs, All In and individual cards. Scroll vertically through packs and items. Use Packs to select the active pack, and long-press a colored card name in All In to jump to that card.
Sync and sharing
iCloud keeps your data in sync across your devices. Each Shared Pack uses Apple's CloudKit sharing and is available only to people you invite.
- Make sure you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud Drive is on.
- Use the share button beside a Shared Pack to invite or manage people.
- Open invitations while signed in to the invited Apple Account.
- If sync is delayed, check your connection and reopen ShoppingCards.
Apple manages the sharing interface, invitations and participant details. Changes may take a short time to appear after a device comes back online.

ShoppingCards requires no separate account and uses no developer-operated data server.
Data handled by the app
Your cards, items, personal library and settings are stored on your device and, when enabled, in your Apple iCloud account through CloudKit.
The Private Pack stays private to your iCloud account. Shared Pack data is available only to people you invite.
The developer cannot access your lists. ShoppingCards uses no analytics, advertising SDKs or tracking and does not sell personal information.
Service provider
Apple may process iCloud and CloudKit data as part of providing its services, subject to Apple's own privacy terms and policies.
Retention and deletion
Data remains on your devices and in iCloud until you delete it. Removing the app from one device does not necessarily remove synchronized data from iCloud or your other devices.
Owners can remove participants or stop sharing; participants can leave a Shared Pack. You can also manage ShoppingCards data in your Apple Account's iCloud settings.
Because the developer has no account or server containing your data, the developer cannot delete your iCloud data for you.
Your choices
You can disable iCloud for ShoppingCards, but sync and sharing may stop while local data remains. For privacy questions, contact ShoppingCards Support.
